I’m leaving an honest review based on my personal experience at this hair treatment clinic for a year. (which could be subjective.)Unfortunately, communication between the consultant and the reception wasn’t smooth. The consultant said they would send a hair tablet by courier, but it never arrived even after almost a month. When I called to ask about it, I was surprised to hear the response, “Do you wanna continue?” I also emailed them but never got a reply about this issue by that time.There are many good reviews, so I believe the treatment works for some people. However, in my case, it simply didn’t work even though I followed the instruction. (Since I didn’t see any improvement, I decided not to attend the third and final check-up, so this review is purely based on my own experience and could be subjective. Or my hair type didn't suit their products)Personally, I don’t think the service quality matched the price. I was also surprised that there was no professional scalp analysis, progress was checked only with the naked eye, without any scalp microscope which felt a bit unprofessional for a specialized clinic with many good reviews! (Probably my expectation was too high.)Overall, it wasn’t a satisfying experience for me, but seeing many positive reviews, I believe others might have had better results.

I’ve just had my 4 month check up and the results are amazing! Looking back at the before photos and seeing the difference has made me ecstatic. I have been with Ashley and Martin for about 4 months, and the results were amazing! I have done the hair salon treatments perviously and my hair condition keep worsening. Things have changed after I met Pauline from Ashley and Martin, where she explained me my hair condition, the potential root cause of it, as well as the recommended treatments. At first I wasn't sure about whether the treatment suits me, but the money return guarantee gave me the confidence to take the leap of faith. While there was not much changes in the first two months, I could see the hair growing in the third and forth month. The attached comparison speaks for itself! I will continue opting for their treatment, and looking forward to see my healthier and thicker hair in the near future. I have a couple of hair loss issues & 5 months ago I started on a program from Ashley & Martin to help regrow my hair, at my 4 monthly appointment, I was really happy to see how much new growth I had, I knew it was starting to recover, & the before & after photos showed me just how much, it looks to me approximately 20% improvement in my density, & the condition is excellent, as it grows and I pick up sections of my hair, you can really see the thin ends growing out & thicker at the mid lengths & roots. I admit that it is not cheap up front, but it’s a complete package with everything you need for a year. For me , I’m staying on this.

Hard to call this anything but a scam. Got a free consultation at chatswood, the "expert" is just a used car salesman with no qualifications or medical education in hair loss at all. He immediately pressured a 3000 dollar a year lock in contract plan and said im gonna go completely bald if i dont act now. He said they have a magic topical solution thats guaranteed to work but wouldn't tell me the ingredients. When i pressed him and he said its minoxidil and finasteride serum. You can literally go to your GP for free and get a script for that for 50 bucks a month. They are online companies that do it for you for 55 bucks a month, but they want 300 a month one year lock in. They offered some other stuff which is useless like some shampoos and vitamins which again you can buy for 20 bucks a month. I told him i dont like taking medication and am worried about side effects and he said that the medicine has zero sides effects expect some itches. He is not a doctor but is giving medical advice which is illegal, and minoxidil and finasteride do have side like low libido even taken topical. Thats according to the TGA and the pharmaceutical guild. I guess he knows more. I told him i can take that topical serum for much cheaper and he said ashley and martin have a special magical blend that no one else in the world has and that you wont get results from anyone else. All minoxidil and finasteride are exactly the same based on % of strength you get. But i guess that have a secret one. Their doctor you get to see for 3k a year is just a GP with a few weeks in a cosmetic course. Its not a dermatologist. When i told him no then he bragged he signs up 20 people a day for this. Funny thing is the guy himself is basically bald but has a magical serum to sell you for 3k that regrows hair.These guys were sued by the ACCC and had to refund 25,000 customers for lying and forcing them to stay in contracts. Do yourself a favour and book your gp or use a online hair loss place that charges around 50 bucks a month. There are plenty.

I hv been recently lured to their marketing trap in name of FREE CONSULTATION. But all I got was their seemingly unverifiable photoshopped pics and pressure to sign up their program by a marketing person, some manager.. (who himself was losing hair..) not consulted by any real dermatologist or specialist...Avoid their FAKE FREE Consultation...save your time...and save money. Don't trust the money back guarantee... once you paid...forget getting it back. Check the reviews...if anyone got it back!!

Four months have passed since I had the courage to consult an expert—Ashley and Martin—to address my biggest concern: hair loss and thinning. Although I did some research beforehand and had seen lots of social media advertisements about dealing with my concern, I decided to seek professional advice from them.My hair loss issues were addressed by Avneel, who kindly recommended a treatment plan for me. I’m truly grateful that I went through with the consultation, and I’m currently very happy with the results.It takes consistency and dedication to stick with the treatment plan and see results—just like with any other treatment, I guess. Be cautious before signing with Ashley & MartinI visited Ashley & Martin for mild hair loss in the middle and sides of my head. They assured me that with a 12-month treatment plan costing around $2000, I would regain 100% of my hair.I followed every instruction and used all the recommended products for the full 12 months, but I only achieved about 30% improvement. When I returned to discuss the results, they told me I needed to sign another 12-month contract and continue using their products indefinitely — otherwise, my hair would start falling again.This was never clearly explained at the beginning. It feels like the program is designed to make you dependent on their products rather than truly solving the problem.I’m extremely disappointed with your program and the results. I haven’t seen anywhere near 50% improvement — in fact, there’s barely any noticeable change at all, even after following everything exactly as advised.It’s very clear that your main concern is money, not the people who trust you. The products you give feel fake and only make customers dependent on them instead of solving the real problem. You promise big results, but in reality, people end up with maybe 20% improvement while you keep charging high prices.This is not acceptable. I feel cheated and misled by your claims. I expect a proper explanation and a fair solution — not another excuse or generic reply. You will have more bad feedback coming your way — just wait for it.

An absolute waste of time!! These guys are hopeless. I had booking it 3pm, they didn't even announce if they had free parking or not so i had to sort that out, they expected you to do everything yourself be on time which can not alway do then I get there only moments later and been told they can't see me so i end up wasting my time and gas and money i had for nothing coming there the guy had no idea how bad it gets with traffic. He pretend like you understands my situation but he doesn't. I had a lot of responsibilities and yet to try push myself through traffic. It was unacceptable plus cheek from the guy saying I should get up early in the morning which I was but even to say that. They could not see me after only being 13 minutes late. There was at least 15 to 20 minutes before the next person. He could've seen me, but saying thats not enough time 👎 not good enough and could of seen me for that short time of 15 to 20 minutes but he chose not to!! Prior to that I had things to do and financially struggling and to fight traffic, getting to the location and being told to turn back and come back another time, can't see me was very disappointing. At least they decided to at least do a video call consultation the next following week. So I give them one star. No Happy at all.

I signed up with Ashley & Martin after 3 years of hair loss. I was so excited to finally find a company that would help guide and look into the reasons why this was happening. It wasn't till I finished the year that I realised they had done absolutely nothing to find any root cause. Initially I had blood tests, they came back fine however that's when the sales pitches came in. I stupidly have spent thousands of dollars with them without them ever looking harder and deeper into why this was happening for me . I never once spoke with an actual doctor only consultants. And if one product didn't work they were willing to sell me more. I am still struggling with hair loss and going elsewhere with zero help from them or results. I am frustrated, yes.The advice I give you is to keep searching before spending thousands of dollars on products that "may" work on something you "may" have from people who a.) are not specialists and b.) have never gone through the hair loss experience to truely understand the effects it has on your life.

My experience with Ashley and Martin was ok.Unfortunately certain criteria could of been dealt much better than expected.Trying there product for the first time was ok , I did get migraines from using the head laser , due to using it everyday as the consultant explained in our first meeting. But unfortunately in our last meeting he said that he nevered. He did say that he sent out a copy on how to use the head laser but i couldn't find it amongst my email. But be would reassure me that if any problems occurred I would be refunded.In saying that tho , there were payments that I made didn't quite add up because , if I was to rent there product the cost would be $54.00.And the other if you owned it , was $57.40.Now secound payment came out was $70.40So I inquiried about it , receptionist inform me there was a surcharge of $16.40 which the consultant nevered inform me about it in our first meeting. So I said would you not take it our in the first payment , she said yes and sorry for the inconvenience. Then in my 3rd payment which they took , which would be my last payment because I had return there product back , the payment was $ 55.40So for me personally I'm confused on how they deducted payments from clients.And now I'm waiting for my refund 😒

It's not an instant process but nothing quick ever lasts. The hair regrowth treatments are some extra work you have to put into your day, but well worth the work. I wasn't suffering from insane hair loss, but the signs were starting to show around my crown area. About a year ago, I saw Roger and he put me on a regrowth plan. Needless to say, it's worked. It is a constant thing you have to do to maintain your hair, but for me, it's well worth it.The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend if you're serious about not losing your hair.Something else to note, I've been using anti-dandruff shampoo and conditioner for years, and I've never had any real success with any brands, but the stuff Ashley and Martin supply bloody works! Another fun bonus of the program.

I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Ashley & Martin. When I signed up, I was under the impression there were no lock-in contracts — something that wasn’t properly explained to me. When I tried to cancel due to the unsustainable cost, I was told I was bound to terms I was never clearly made aware of.Their products are extremely generic despite what they claim. You can easily buy the exact same or better quality products from other suppliers at a fraction of the price. If you’re considering treatment, ask your barber or hairdresser first — they often know where to get the same items without the inflated price tag.In my opinion, Ashley & Martin operates as a middleman that preys on the naive and insecure. Do your research before signing up — I wish I had.

I’ve been using this product consistently for a few months and I’m genuinely impressed. I started noticing less hair fall in the shower within the first 4 weeks, and now I can see some baby hairs starting to grow along my hairline. I have serious doubts about the authenticity of many reviews here — they seem overly positive and possibly fake. It feels like the main focus of this clinic is selling their product rather than offering genuinely personalized treatment.I haven’t used their product, but during my visit, I was skeptical about their clinical practices. That alone suggests they are not dermatologists.Let’s assume they are trichologists — even then, trichologists are not medical doctors, and it’s unclear how a clinic like this has operated for 18 years without offering proper medical evaluation.During my consultation, they didn’t ask for any blood tests, which are usually essential for identifying the root cause of hair loss. Waste of money. Dose not REGROW your hair it slows down the hair loss process if anything. The thin and balding areas remain thin and weak and never return to normal thickness, it MAY improve and thicken the hair and areas that are still UNAFFECTED from your balding process making it appears your hair is getting better but it's just helping hide the bad spots better. It's a complete joke. The supplement pills and the hair conditioner and shampoo plays no roll in hair regrowth it's all part of taking money. Iam told my hair is regrowing yet I can clearly see no change , they basically tell you your wrong and blind, run a comb in your hair differently from the first appointment to delude U how bad your hair still is and think you don't notice. First appoint combed my hair right back exposing the areas completely ,2nd time round just raised it so the hair wasn't pulled right back to see the full picture, take a photo and tell you there is progress.How they've kept a clean rating I'll never no know.

The hair growth with LED only worked for the first 4 months. After that there was no improvements. I went there a while ago, they told me everything I already knew, told me my hair loss is genetic which is not, didn’t do any checks took some photos and gave me the drugs that I already knew wasn’t gonna work for me but they gave anyways, I used and it reacted with my whole scalp made my scalp extremely dry extremely Itchy and bumpy and some strange yellow fluid coming out, I was at my worst condition, they gave up within two weeks and didn’t refund my money, their policy was that if they couldn’t work it out. will give $500 which they didn’t. ***Post Treatment update***I thought I'd come back to give my experience at the end of my treatment at A&M.The reason I am dropping from a 5 star - is the final few months was stressful and highly unprofessional.To elaborate - In Jan 2024 - I decided to end my treatment. I was at a good place with where my hair was, and I also needed to redirect my financial obligations.I had emailed A&M, and they acknowledged my cancellation & any outstanding payments or refunds.But in the following months, they continued to take payments out of my account. One being that I owed them money for products (but only to get sent new products the following month)Another reason was that I would be penalized for ending my treatment sooner - yet there was not "cancellation fee" ever mentioned when ever I asked about ending my course.In the end, I ended up going through their 1 year maintenance plan - which was in July 2024. So 7 months after I had asked to end my treatment. I still have so much shampoo and conditioner that I don't know what to do with it. As they kept sending me bottles over and over again. (Even though I said I didn't want anymore multiple times)***Conclusion***If I knew what I knew, would I go to Ashley & Martin?Maybe??? Their treatment and products are great, and you do get results. But the greed of keeping me on for months after acknowledging my cancellation. Was not fair.I'd shop around - there are other local companies out there - and even online solutions.***Please see below my honest review when I started with A&MOn the heels of approaching my 40's - I've noticed the decline in my hair density over the last 4-5 years.The main turning point was when I went to the barber (after a couple of years of home cuts due to Covid) I saw the crown of my head and noticed it was pretty thin/balding.Still feeling very young at heart, I decided to seek some solutions.My barber introduced me to Toppik hair fibre. Which was a great solution to apply whenever I had a special occasion and wanted to "feel great" about myself. But it was only a "band aid" solution.After some time & thought, I reached out to Ashley and Martin.The consultation was easy and the team was genuine, honest and realistic. They saw what stage of hair loss I was at and gave me the best solution with an honest idea of my hair growth going forward.I opted for the home laser kit (which is definitely worth the investment)Sticking to the treatment, I saw positive results within 3 months, and now after 6 months, my hair has more volume and density. My crown is starting to recover and there are signs of decent hair coverage. (Still not lush locks, but a great start) But has met my expectations.My confidence is back, I haven't had to use the hair fibres and it's great to see positive results.My advice, if you have a moment of "Hmmm my hair isn't like it was, and I'd like to retain it for a few more years"Go to A&M and have a chat. You have nothing to lose.There's no shame in looking after your self worth. Women spend $$$ on makeup and cosmetics to make themselves look/feel good. Why can't us Men do the same?It's not cosmetic surgery, it's just retaining/re-growing what you already have.

I don’t normally leave Google reviews but I’d like to leave my first one for Ian and the team at Ashley and Martin Bundall simply because the product is so good and it definitely works and Ian is such a nice guy.He’s helpful and funny and we’ve actually become friends over the years.We both Surf and we were both going bald and now we both have our beautiful hair back again.I was a bit embarrassed about going to Ashley and Martin at first but my hair was nearly all gone when I met Ian.We hit it off straight away with his funny English banter and love of Surfing.He showed me photos of his own balding head and I couldn’t believe how nice his hair was a few years later.I signed up straight away and started the program. It took about a year or two to work properly but I just kept at it.It only takes a minute at night to put the solution on and a tablet after breakfast.For a while there I thought it wasn’t going to work for me but here I am a few years later with surprisingly good hair again.The trick is to keep at it every day.I use the shampoo and conditioner daily and I bought a laser cap too that I use a few times a week i when I remember.I’m 49 now and I’ve been using Ashley and Martin’s products since I was about 44.I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their hair for a bit longer as it definitely works. The staff (Michelle) are exceptionally helpful, professional and all too willing to explain the whole hair regrowth process, different treatment options and costs involved. What was reassuring was the treatment plan I selected was backed by guaranteed results (or you’d receive a refund). This certainly gave me confidence it would work and comfort knowing that Ashley & Martin genuinely stood by their product.The results I achieved in 4 months were amazing (see picture) and I’m looking forward to seeing how much better it is once I complete the full 12 months. While I feel lucky, I can honestly say my results appear typical when I look back on the portfolio of success they showed me at my initial consultation. That’s how well the topical medicine works, especially when combined with some hair regrowth supplements, volumising shampoo and low-level laser treatment.If you are considering Ashley & Martin, here are a few things to keep in mind:- The sooner you get a free consultation the better! I’ll say that again – The sooner you get a free consultation the better!!! If you even think you are losing hair, book in immediately. I have friends who waited until it was too late. Now they are bald and have no hope of regrowing their hair. They warned me not to do the same so I went in when I noticed my hair thinning. I’m fortunate that I caught it in time because their treatment is fantastic if you still have hair to stimulate, strengthen and regrow.- It can seem expensive (Approx. $3500 in the first year) but it comes down a lot in following years. You can also do monthly payments. The fact that they provide everything you need, constant support/check-ins and progress photos actually makes it good value. Plus, who can put a price on having great hair!- You may experience some light hair loss right at the start of your treatment. Don't panic. It is ok. It's just the finer, weaker hairs being displaced by bigger, stronger hair coming through.- Finally, you need to be consistent. If you establish a good routine and diligently follow it, you’ll get great results. If you are disorganised or inconsistent, it’ll show in your results.In conclusion, I would highly recommend Ashley & Martin. They offer a product that genuinely works, the staff are great and the prices reflects the high quality of both.

Very poor service, let’s start with the two office ladies in the beginning. Talking very loudly about their conquests in the weekend… the consultant was good. However, please remember these people are working presumably for commission bonuses, as such similar to used car sales…meaning, a lot of yes, yes , yes and not so much of the what you really want to hear… also check the fine print in the contract. As this is how they will stick it to you later on. Forward a month or two, no contact from them, you see they have your money and the “service” they provide isn’t what you would expect for the thousands of dollars you sign up with.finally get a catch up meeting with the consultant, this is after them telling you when to come, not when you are available! Oh the doors locked and your standing out in the wet and cold, you call the front desk as they are expecting you( and they also know there is a fault on the door) the phone goes unanswered. You send an email to the consultant with no answer…. Finally they let you in and make silly jokes like “oh yeah the door is locked, standing out there long?” Forward some more time you ask for more solution, yes we will send it… ok when?.. please don’t be in a rush… you might want to send several emails weeks in advance, as it can take some time! When you do get it, check the fine print on your contract 7 of the bottles. But hang on, isn’t it for a year? If I follow the instructions why doesn’t it last? And further why isn’t it on a regular subscription? Forward now to the last episode, I ended up getting another bill.but hang on, why. I send an email to the company asking why, they respond with the appointment date. I send another email, they state it’s the consultants mistake. I go see the consultant he says “it feels like we are picking on you doesn’t it, we really let the ball slip with you didn’t we!” Understatement of the year! He takes some photos and compares them to the first visit…. Now for the technical part…. When visiting they do not have fancy cameras, the angle and distance are subjective, so is the lighting (basic photography lessons). “Well what do you think” expecting a favourable answer, “I’m not impressed I say,, a year ago I had a haircut before entering the premises, I have not had one now for about 3 months, your angles are wrong and so is your distance” then you get the response “oh well, I’ll inform the manager for her reply”…. As they are supposed to offer the money back guarantee…. Haven’t heard a peep, quick to take your money…….. very slow to respond, if at all.Maybe seek other agencies, as I really can’t recommend this one. One star is generous, half a star is more likely!!!

I asked for information to be emailed so I could consider my options and nothing was received. I went with a friend before and was seen by Reece and he was wonderful. They told me if you are not satisfied with us we will return your money or if you stop the treatment before one year we will take all your medicine and refund you.Now in January i told them i am going to India so i want to hold my payment they told me to drop a email to us.I email them at the same time. But when i was in India they deducted my money. I emailed them that why you guys deducted my money but I didn’t get any response. Them i email them 3 more times but they didn’t reply me and keep deducting my money after 4th mail they reply me and told me for zoom meeting. At zoom meeting they told me that it is just system fault we will hold your payment from now, i told them that I don’t want to continue with you then the guy told me that don’t worry when you come in new zealand come to us, give us all the medicine and we will give you refund.Now when i come in new zealand last month i went to their store, where they told me that we can’t take your medicine.Furthermore they told me that our team will contact you and will tell you much money you will have to pay to us then i ask them why will i pay, they told me because you take medicine, them i told them i didn’t take medicine you guys give me medicine and told me if you don’t use all of them you can give us remaining medicines and we will refund you. But now they refuse to take this and refuse to give me refund as well.Then i said ok just stop my payment, I don’t want to continue with you.But today they deducted my money again.Please guys I request you don’t go there and if you don’t believe my story,Just reply with your email or mobile number i will give you all the proofs of email and everything.

I remember coming here when I was just 17, worried about my seemingly thinning hair. They sat me down infront of a TV playing a tape of Australian sport stars endorsing the treatment - girls hanging off their arms because now they had more hair. The consultant then came back in and sensing my reluctance proceeded to tell me I would definitely have a decent bald spot by the age of 20 without any treatment. I was vulnerable and scared and they knew it. I ended up just walking out in disbelief of the whole process. I'm 31 now with the same set of hair I had when I was 17 - fine but full and with no bald spot. If you do have hair loss, visit a GP like my friends did.And yes, 100% sure it was an Ashley & Martin, and in Hamilton. I remember it vividly.

I was not balding but just wanted some information about hair loss as I recently decided to prioritise my health in general.As soon as I walked in I started to feel insecure which was strange because I have never been insecure about my hair before.The questions that were asked were targeting insecurities such as “what did you notice that made you come in”? “What does your spouse think of this?” Etc.He said I had something that 70% of men have and they have a treatment. It’s $2,400 for the first 6 months and then $35 a week onwards forever.I said I want to think about it and do some research.He replied “do you usually have to think about these things?”Followed by “you have to help yourself”I think this company makes profit from men’s insecurities even if they don’t need hair loss therapy.Very unprofessional and manipulative!

Subsequently, I was prescribed a topical solution combining Finasteride and Minoxidil. After 3-4 weeks of consistent application, I observed pronounced sexual side effects, prompting immediate cessation of use. Regrettably, these side effects have persisted for over 12 months and I have developed several neurological side effects suggesting a potentially permanent nature. It is my contention that I was inadequately informed about the risks of enduring and irreversible side effects, thereby leading to a regrettable experience with Ashley & Martin. I feel compelled to caution any young males grappling with early-stage hair loss to weigh the potential risks against the perceived benefits carefully.

Was skeptical about it at the start as with many other of this kind of service. But since there is physical consultation instead of just online so I gave it a try because why not. Have been using their product ever since and went for their scheduled checkup and saw an improvement with the amount of hair I have. Unfortunately I can’t place the review on the Parramatta location as the function has been disabled. (make sense to why) however, the review is on A&M as a business.I began my journey with A&M 12 months ago, results 100% have been significant for me. I have definitely seen an improvement on the thickness of my hair and the overall look is significantly healthier.The staff at the location are also very friendly and welcoming on each visit.So why give 1 star you ask?For integrity and their customer service process/patient follow up.As mentioned above I began my journey 12 months ago after using MOSH ( DIY self service platform) without the desired results.After my consultation with A&M ( I should have done research and contacted MOSH first) I was advised by Matt (practice manager) that the active Ingredient “retinoic acid” was missing in the prescribed medication from MOSH.Without industry knowledge I signed up with A&M with the confidence that Matt had given me.The overall experience has been poor. Matt basically sold me exact same medication as MOSH (for triple the price ) I didn’t realise this until I received the medication.Yes, I should have done more research, however as a man in my 30’s eager to resolve my hair loss problems and held onto hope. Hope that the business had the integrity to do the right thing.I believe, speaking with MOSH first should have been the advice provided to demonstrate the right thing by a patient. Selling the same products is not at all transparent at all.Focusing on the DIY verses in clinic and regular meet ups with a human would have been the more appropriate sales technique as they were just selling the same thing. ( I don’t mind paying more for better service if the result will be there)The follow up has been appalling, generic emails sent out each month and no real demonstration of care throughout treatment.After 12 months there is no follow up what so ever, you’re left in the dark without knowing what’s next?Long story short, I reached out to MOSH and was able to be prescribed the same medication as A&M ( 3x cheaper) and continuing my hair treatment. ( wish I did it 12 months ago)A&M have the product to achieve the results, however have lost the demonstration on genuine care and integrity. A&M have the advantage of being able to see their customers face to face ( why I chose them & was willing to pay more for better service) and have the ability to provide something more special then the DIY companies however unfortunately give the same attention to their patients as what the DIY companies do. So why go to them? Don’t waste your money and do your research.The active ingredients are not worth the money. Yes, you will get results but so will other companies who sell the same product at a cheaper price.A&M is a company that only focuses on profits and not the patient. They’re have their priorities all wrong and their operating rhythm is in favour of $$.

Read this before you buy.Disclaimer this was 7 years ago but I believe the same people are still working there (Mathew Keane)I initially talked to Hylton who competently explained the treatment with and was ultimately the reason that I decided to go ahead with it.Unfortunately Hylton moved after a few weeks of my treatment beginning and was replaced by Matthew Keane who poorly handled my case. I followed the program strictly putting as much time and effort as I could into the treatment which included buying the laser cap ($4740 at the time) on top of the already expensive treatment costs.After a while without noticing much change I tried to discuss this with Matthew who was unreceptive to these conversations and tried to use blemishes as a point of reference to my hairline in a photos that the clinic took 3 months before hand. I continued on the program for a while longer hoping that it would improve with time. It did not, I feel that I was lead on with empty promises and instead could've withdrawn from the program earlier.but I am not complaining about the success rate as I knew there was no guaranteed results. What I can say is that the consultation services I received during the treatment were less than one star and I fully regret spending my time and money on the program.Learn from my poor experience, there are now better options available.This review is about the hair regrowth treatment I did not use any other services from A&M

Don't waste your time, don't waste your money, don't get up your hopes and end up angry and regretful. Terrible. They will sell you the best pitch on how you start seeing results in 4months and then regrow your hair completely from 8 to 12 months. They won't tell you there's an option of you continuing the treatment and paying again after the 12months too. Simply meaning the initial pitch about regrowing your hair in 12 months is very misleading. Started my program and towards the end they're asking me again if I want to renew the contract, why would I be needing to renew the contract if they said I'd regrow my hair in 12months. Unfortunately didn't regrow anything, been ripped off by these people and disgusted they're coming back for more of my hard earned money. What an easy way of stealing people's hard earned money for nothing. Would never recommend this place to anyone and would certainly be discouraging anyone I know and don't know from going here to giveaway your money for empty promises. Absolutely disappointed. I wish there were minus stars honestly this needs the worst rating

Guys are crooks. When I used this service I spoke to a salesmen not a dr. The only follow up I ever got was from their fiance department to pay, even when I complained I never hear from the dr or staff. There's a reason these guys have had lots of court cases. I made an appointment at Ashley and Martin to discuss my recent hair loss.I found it to be a most disappointing and fruitless exercise.Having travelled for four hours to attend the consultation, the very bored and unprofessional consultant I met, spent approximately three minutes with me before telling me that there wasn't any treatment they could offer me because I was over the sage of 65 years and that was the end of the meeting.If this is the case then one would think that the organisation would at least try to vet potential clients in relation to age, or any other issue that would inhibit the company from providing any services, during an initial telephone call before the appointment rather than waste everyone's time.The company has been prosecuted and fined several times for pressuring customers into unfair contracts.Federal court judge Katrina Banks-Smith said Ashley & Martin required patients to sign the contract “in circumstances where they do not have the opportunity to make an informed or real choice” and that they also sold the lotions and potions used in its treatments at hair-raising markups, with one shampoo that cost the company $1.23 sold to customers for $15.Under the contracts, which were in force between June 2014 and July 2017, customers who paid as much as $6,600 upfront in the hope of halting or reversing hair loss could get a maximum of 75% of their money back if they cancelled immediately after signing. This quickly dwindled to 50% after two days and no refund at all two days after the customer saw one of the company’s doctors, who would prescribe anti-hair loss medicine. It doesn't worth it. Very poor services and charge around 4000$ in a year for the products which you can get in 200$ easily. I used their services for one year and can't see any progress. They ask you to sign a contract and tell you about the money back guarantee, which is just a promise. When I told them to see the difference, they showed me some editing pictures as before and after. In reality, I know about my hairs progress which was zero even using their products for a whole year without missing a single day.From reviews, you can get an idea of how good they are. I do agree with everyone who had left 1 star for them. They are good in words only not in service.

Ashley and Martin will prey on the panicking newly balding man and charge you thousands per year when all you need to do is spend $120 every 3 months on a prescription for Finasteride from your local GP. Minoxidil is available over the counter from your pharmacy for cheap if you want that too. Finasteride and Minoxidil are the only things that work for hairloss, everything else is snake oil. If I hadn't seen the results a friend had, I'd have dismissed this as a fraudulent business. 4 months in, and my change is bordering on miraculous. Friends and family are noticing too! I've attached photos of before and after 4 months - yes, and I kept my hair to relatively the same length for the purposes of comparison.

We both know this will be a back and forth, I'm right, your right etc.. I don't argue with people that believe that believe their own lies. Anybody out there interested in their services go and see your GP first. Save your money and don't get ripped off. I've seen their doctors for a one off visit to see what they give you then went to my GP and got a 3 months supply for around the same price you have to pay a&m on a weekly basis minus the contract that you have to sign with them with only 7 days to decide whether you want to continue or back out(1 week is not close enough to see any results/side effects) if you decide to break the contract you have to pay them out. These people should work in a car yard.

I had a bad reaction to the treatment within a week of starting which was unfortunate but the staff were incredibly professional and understanding and when I asked for a cancellation they didn't try and harass me into staying. Despite the negative reaction I had I would encourage people to at least give it a go

Not very good experience with them. Bought expensive a few thousand laser hair hat. Hardly use it, 2 years ago, the plastic of the cap, melted, called to ask for repair. Staff just said, no repair service and now battery not working, replacement of battery is $150 and maybe take 1 week for their consultant to response. Lazada or other online website can get laser cap much cheaper than what they are selling and since no service provided from them as all. As good as getting the product online at 90% discount .

Started treatment at age 21, with hair loss at the top and front of my scalp.I came to Ashley and Martin after trying other treatments with no results.I'm glad to say that going to Ashley and Martin was the best decision I made.They explained the process of the treatment very easily and any questions I had were answered.The support they provide is always helpful, and After 3-4 months of treatment I was able to see a change in my hair loss.The thinning I was having in my hair was greatly reduced and improving.I recommend Ashley and Martin, because it has brought back my confidence and I cannot be more thankful.

My experience with Ashley and Martin was horrible. There were huge side effects such as major skin issues from the products, but the worst part was I was forced to back date and sign-off paper work! Many years I've been going to A/M Hurstville, since I started 2014 till now the results have been brilliant where my scalp areas of baldness are totally restored with complete new hair growth, after 12 months later.... There's very minimal traces of bald patches left on my scalp. Now I'm just maintaining the hair by requirement from Glen (consultant) who has been absolutely wonderful in professionalism & empathetic service he provided which is perfect!!!! Anyway I also would like to mention the front desk staff have been terrific & polite, especially Ashleigh a very lovely, warm - hearted person with a very bright smile that's worth more than a million dollars & the clear writing on appointment cards FANTASTIC!!!!! Lastly if anybody that writes a bad review about A/M Hurstville or any other A/M branch is either Not following correctly as required by the hair clinic program &/or very likely following a strong caffeine diet regularly with the program which minimizes any chances of regrowth or they're NOT confident enough to give it a go with some patience, understanding & commitment or they're jealous scammers from clients great results by review!!!!

Over 2 years in and extremely happy with the results and the professional service by Jace and the doctor. Jace always takes lots of time on every consultation. He never oversold the likely results. I just wish I had started a few years earlier but I was sceptical and worried about possible side effects. My result is proof it works and the initial doctor consultation confirmed what Jace had told me.

I have been using the treatments for over 5 years now, and I am very pleased with the results. My hair loss stopped immediately after commencing treatment, and thickness of my hair improved as well. You do need to stick with the treatment plan and use the products as recommended to get the best results. (Trust me, its worth it).Matt and the girls at Parramatta have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Also, Matt has always been upfront, and never pushing treatments I don't need. What a product!!! I was sceptical about going for hair treatment, thinking that it might not work and my money would be better spent elsewhere but I would highly encourage anyone thinking about Ashley and Martin to give them a call and get started ASAP.I’ve dealt with Glen Ives at their Sydney location for a few years, and he’s always on the ball. Getting started was easy. He talked me through the process step by step and whilst I thought it would be a gamble it only took a few months before I noticed the results. Since then I’ve continued with the treatment and can’t even count the number of friends who’ve asked me ‘what are you using for your hair.’All in, it's definitely worth, I’ve now got a few mates who’ve decided to go-ahead through Glen, and they’ve all said that it’s the best recommendation I’ve ever given them

Don't go here or any Ashley and Martin. Had an argument with the consultant about one of my payments, he was not happy so he got up from his chair was so angry and aggressive and starts yelling at me and told me to get out, he wanted to hit me. Spoke with the CEO Richard Bond and said he investigated the situation and said it's my fault after speaking with the consultant and receptionists and said he would like to see me come in again, after that traumatising experience how can someone be willing to go back. Consultant with your local GP first.It was also about payment. Ashley and Martin are bad people the consultant had no right to act so aggressively like he wanted to kill me or bash me in his private room.

Strongly advice whoever is reading this to book an appointment with your local GP first, before paying $300 per month just for something you can easily get for $60 bucks at any local chemists. I have, unfortunately just finished a 12 months locked in contract with them and I'm just so glad I don't have to keep on overpaying. Btw, my condition gets much worse after I finished their minoxidil solution about 4 weeks ago, which should have last for at least 12 months according to their contract. So just look for other options before wasting your time and $3600+ dollars on a joke.

These guys just making money for free,, i m been with these guys from last 8 month right, so all i am paying is $3500 for one year,, I started my course last year still losing hair and the big thing is there medicine and oil are not able control my dandruff how they gona stop hair fall right and most annoying thing is u can only see there doctor on Thursday,, no matter what it's only on Thursday why man you guys making lot of money can't u pay ur doctors that much that they will come on other weekdays, 😡

I visited Ashley Martin at Parramatta clinic 6 months ago. The consultant took photos of my hair and told me I need laser cap and some tablets which I need take for a year. I was advised that I will see changes in 4 months. After 4 months of using laser cap and Tablets I did not see any improvement which I advised the consultant but he said soon hair will start growing. After 6 month when I did not see any improvement went back for I hair has thinned more than what originally it was. I am told to keep using the laser cap and tablets even though it is getting worse. I am also advised that I need to continue with my payment of $285 per month even though it is not working.There was no test done and my hair was examined ever. Just picture was taken and was advised the treatment. How a treatment can be determined just by taking a picture. I am paying $3000 for something that has made the condition worse. They are refusing to allow me stop the payment. I am very disappointed it is more a money making thing so be careful before you commit to pay...
