Twenty seven year old fitness fanatic, Patrick*, had undergone Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments for four months.  A process that involved taking his blood and running it through a centrifuge before injecting it directly back in to his scalp over multiple sites.  But for all the discomfort, time and money involved in this therapy it was not giving him the results he was looking for.
