Kevin* was only 25 years old when he came to Ashley and Martin, he had noticed that his hair had diminished in quality after undergoing chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma five years earlier.
During his initial appointment Kevin’s consultant took a family history as well as a medical history and found his father, both grandfathers and some of his uncles all suffered from Male Pattern Baldness; this was consistent with the established hair loss in the front and crown of Kevin’s head. Together with the poor hair quality he was experiencing as a result of the chemotherapy his hair loss was an issue Kevin wanted to deal with as quickly as possible.
Kevin discussed his options with his consultant who advised he start on a medications plan to get the best results for his situation.
